First, a brief introduction to Tu Real Estate.
TU REAL ESTATE
The company was born in August 2021, and since then we have helped many clients to sell their property or to buy their dream home. My name is Niklas Löfroth and I am Swedish, but I have lived in Spain for more than 25 years. I have been working with a bit of everything, from dishwasher to assist in opening a private banking branch for one of the biggest banks in Sweden. My last works were for Alfaz del Sol, where I was in charge of Rentals for 8 years, and for Fastighetsbyrån where I got my formal education in Real Estate. Since then, I have continued to study, I am a registered agent in the Valencia Region with number 882 and have all the permits and insurances in order. Our working philosophy is transparency, personalized service and professionalism. We are proud to say that we are with our clients until they don´t need us anymore.

Key Service
As part of our commitment to ensuring your peace of mind – not only before and during the purchase process, but also afterwards – we offer a service called Key Service.
This is a flexible service tailored to your needs, which can be adjusted from month to month.
Basic Level
You leave your key with us for safe storage. If someone needs access to your property while you are away, we can hand it out – or simply keep it as a security measure for your peace of mind.
Extended Level
In addition to safe key storage, we carry out regular inspections of your property, once or several times per month. We check that everything is in order – for example, that there are no water leaks. Each visit is documented with photos, which we send to you for reassurance.
Flexible Service
The service can be customized in any way you wish – we adapt to what suits you best.
Area
We currently offer Key Service in the Marina Baixa area – from La Vila Joiosa to Altea and up to Polop. If you need this service in other nearby locations, please contact us and we will evaluate the possibilities.
