Proud founder – Erika Brattsell

 

Erika Brattsell is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki master who guides others toward balance, healing, and presence. She teaches various styles of yoga — from grounding Hatha and gentle Yin yoga — always with a focus on mindful movement, alignment, body injuries and deep connection to the breath.

She teaches yoga for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and offer sessions both at Casa by Eri, but also private classes on the beach or in your home.

 

After many years in Sweden working in the fast-paced world of marketing, Erika chose to follow her heart and create a slower, more meaningful life in Spain. At Casa by Eri, surrounded by mountains, sunshine, and her two beloved dogs Indie and Kaya, she now shares her peaceful way of living through yoga, breathwork, and soulful retreats. Her passion is to help people find their own way.
